A number of design improvements to bunkering, tees, and greens have further enhanced the course in recent years. Superbly maintained couch fairways together with well drained soils make Portsea and enjoyable if not challenging experiencing for golfers all year round. Portsea often hosts state and national golfing events and conducts it's own prestigious 72 hole Open Amateur each July as well as the famous celebrity Pro-Am annually on 2 January.
Portsea welcomes visitors Sun-Fri and our fully licensed Clubhouse is open 7 days all year round, offering light meals and refreshments.
